Canadian Pardons - Overview
Here are the Facts
The following are the Benefits:
Canadian Pardon Services Can Help You
Processing approximately 6000 pardon applications a year
Canadian Pardon Services is a leader in the industry. Only 31 applications submitted to the National Parole Board were deemed 'not eligible' at this time (as at April 17 2009). This is due to clients not disclosing to Canadian Pardon Services, that they were under police
investigation or had new charges laid against them. However, these
applications are not cancelled rather our staff will continue working
with these clients, when the time limits imposed elapse, to help them
obtain a pardon. Of our approximately 15,000 clients in the last 3 years, the 'not eligible' clients represent less than 1%.
Refer to our "Testimonials"
page to see our results. Though the names have been changed the
dates have not been and are 100% precise. We stand behind our results
and our management team have ensured there accuracy.
All conditions of a sentence must be met before an individual can
apply for a pardon with the National Parole Board of Canada; this
includes payment of any fine and expiration of any probation period.
In addition, for summary offences you must wait 3 years and for
indictable offences you must wait 5 years after the completion of
all conditions of your sentence before being eligible to apply.
Many Canadian Pardon Services clients apply in advance of their
eligibility date to ensure that when that day comes their application
is ready to submit.
Canadian Pardon Services goes above and beyond by offering clients
a guarantee that they will be granted a pardon. This guarantee is
void if a client misleads our staff in anyway, or if they engage
in any criminal activity during the pardon process. It also does
not apply to clients with all capitol offences, including murder, attempted
murder, rape, or charges of a significant nature. All we require
is our clients be truthful, refrain from illegal activity, and fulfill
all their legal obligations.
