Once you have registered with us, we take care of the rest of the application process. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions about the Pardon Application process.

We offer free consultations during which our trained staff will:

Bullet Answer any additional questions that you may have,
Bullet

Ensure that you are comfortable with the process.


After registering with us, we immediately take positive steps to start the process and start to guide you through the Pardon application process.

In order to open a tracking file and assist you with the process, we must receive our fee. After opening up a tracking file, we require a signed note from you authorizing us to work on your behalf. At that time we would:

Bullet Advise and assist you in acquiring the required documentation,
Bullet

Help you complete all required government forms,

Bullet Ensure that all documents (police & court records) have been applied for and received,
Bullet Ensure that your application is correct, complete and submitted promptly,
Bullet Handle all government enquiries and correspondence on your behalf
Bullet Once your application is completed we will then submit the application on your behalf to be reviewed by the Canadian National Parole Board.  Canadian Pardon Services does not review applications and nor does it grant pardons.
Bullet The refund policy applies to individuals who have fulfilled their legal obligations and require a pardon. The refund policy DOES NOT apply to individuals who do not need a pardon.

Bullet Please note that once you receive a Pardon, your fingerprints and photographs are automatically removed from RCMP's database. However, if this does not happen; we will make our best efforts to remove your fingerprints and photographs at no further cost to you.
