Why Should I apply for a U.S. Waiver?
Travel to the U.S. with a criminal record or if you have previously been refused entry can be risky. To ensure a hassle free experience you need to obtain a U.S. waiver, this will help you avoid:

Your vehicle and its contents being seized and possibly being forfeited. |
How Soon Can I Apply?
Entry waivers can be applied for at any time and are granted at the discretion of a U.S. immigration officer handling your file based on:

the risk you are considered to pose to the U.S.; |

the type and seriousness of your offences; |
 |
your purpose of your trip. |

Waivers are valid for periods ranging from one to five years. Once a U.S. Waiver expires, if you wish to enter the U.S., you must go through the same process again and apply for a new Waiver.
